Spring Washers

Spring washers are disks of metal that form of irregular shape, so that when the washer is loaded it acts like a spring and deflects providing a preload between the two surfaces. There are many different spring washer.

Outer Diameter (OD)

Outer Diameter is the straight – line width across the washer to its furthest edges.


Inner Diameter (ID)

Inner Diameter is the width across the board hole of the washer.
